Had a great workout this morning with these ladies (and Tyler) on the bluffs! A few flights of stairs ( 15+ if anyone else was counting 🤫), planks, jump squats, walking lunges, pushups, a couple hundred crunches, and some beautiful weather! I’m pretty sure everyone will be back next week. Right? Ladies? ^^crickets^^

4 Tips to Prepare for your 30 day Fitness Challenge! Challenge begins this Monday, January 15th!

1. Find your calendar & write it down! Decide where you will write down your scheduled workouts and do it at the beginning of each week. Whether it’s a class with us, a home workout, or a jog/walk. Put it in your planner! Write it down (or type it) for accountability!

2. Sign UP! Next weeks classes & weigh ins are open for registration! Email or call when you would like to attend class (limited spaces). First class is Monday at 6am. First weight ins are this Monday 7-9am and Monday 5-7pm (RSVP required). If you will attend class that day, weigh ins will occur prior to class. We will be sending out the cancellation and no show class policies in the next day or so. See Full Class & Weigh In Schedule on FB Page.

3. Preplan your meals! This weekend, the grocery store will be your best friend. We will be sending out a sample grocery shopping list and a preplanned meal or two to help you get started.

4. Tell everybody what you’re doing! This will help you hold yourself accountable and people will be able to cheer you on!
